If you like the wonderful flavor of apples, you will love our apple extract. It tastes like apple cider when used in your favorite cake or cookie recipe. Add it to your apple pies and tarts to boost the apple flavor. Also try it in frostings, ice cream and yes in beer and wine. When you use it for baking we recommend a teaspoon for every three cups of cake or cookie mix. Two or three ounces are sufficient to flavor five gallons of ice cream.
